Bali Weddings
Because of its close proximity to Australia, Bali is now considered one of the best wedding destinations for Aussie couples. In fact, Bali weddings have become a popular option for Australian couples who prefer to hold their wedding ceremonies overseas. Couples from other countries are also known for holding Bali weddings because of the scenery and romantic ambiance this place may offer.
Advantages of Bali weddings
Having Bali weddings allow couples to combine both the wedding ceremony and honeymoon in one special event. The exotic ambiance truly makes for great Bali weddings. Bali weddings are also considered cheaper compared to other wedding and honeymoon destinations.
Important things to consider when holding Bali weddings
As romantic as Bali weddings go, there are a few things to take into consideration when preparing for one. First is whether or not those invited to the Bali wedding can afford the time and financial costs needed to be able to attend the wedding.
Another important consideration is religion. Authorities generally agree to preside over Bali weddings provided that the couple belongs to one of the five religions recognised by the Indonesian government. If couples are a protestant, catholic, moslem, hindu or buddhist, then they may be allowed to hold a wedding ceremony in Bali. Still, couples opting for Bali weddings must also have the same religious belief or belong to the same religion.
Couples who dream to have Bali weddings must present a "Certificate of Non-Impediment" or any similar document, which declares that both parties are free to marry.
Packages for Bali weddings
If couples decide to have Bali weddings, it is best to look into the many wedding packages being offered. Things to remember when choosing Bali wedding packages are the following: booking procedure, payment procedures, cancellation policies and additional charges. Budget planning is important for any soon-to-be-wed couples, even if the wedding and honeymoon destination of choice is relatively cheaper.
Important documents to have when having Bali weddings
As Bali weddings require overseas ceremonies, the couple must provide several documents pertinent to the marriage. These documents include copy of passport of both bride & groom, a copy of birth certificate of both bride & groom, Letter of Divorce if any of the couple have been married before, 6 pieces photograph 2X3 & 3X4 each, copy of the Death Certificate of former spouse if either of the couple is a widow or widower and a copy of the passports of two witnesses. In preparing all these documents,
